Punjab Kebab — Local services in Florence

It’s a very low-budget place, with only a few spots to sit. The food is very inexpensive, but I didn’t find it too special, to say the least. It was okay..

The owner is a very nice, English-speaking guy. I liked him.

Food was ok, some rice and chicken. Nothing unexpected. Worst thing for me was that he used a microwave to heat the food, no go for me. But that's normal procedure also in other places.

One thing I would criticize is that it’s not made transparent what belongs to the food. I had rice and chicken, he offered me several add ons, like salad, yogurt, chili etc, of which most I declined, said yes to a few, and finally it seems I paid extra for something not sure what — even if it was just 50 cents more. I paid 6 euro, my meal was supposed to be 5,50.

The place is okay, but for a few euros more you get much better atmosphere and can sit in a nicer...

I came here multiple times a week while studying abroad. The owner is so so kind and would always know my order before I even said anything. Good, wholesome food at affordable prices, lots of vegetarian options. Cannot...

Una scoperta ineguagliabile Ero con un caro amico, di sera, eravamo veramente affamati. Ci accoglie allora Ahktar, un gentiluomo, interessato e accorto alle nostre golosità. L’attività è arredata con gusto, e al centro, l’intraprendenza della sopraffina cucina di Ahktar. Affrontato il piatto, servito sempre con eleganza, ci siamo ritrovati in una cucina familiare Pakistana, per poi essere catapultati nel Kebab migliore di Berlino. Wow, che esperienza....senza sentirci trattenuti, la pacifica atmosfera ci ha magnetizzato alla continua scoperta e degustazione di queste inaspettate prelibatezze. Che dire?
