Ordered veal carpaccio and it wasn’t carpaccio. It was cooked and very thickly sliced… I didn’t ask about it because I thought this was just how things were in Italy and then I was corrected by a friend.

I am even more sorry for your response, where you called me a "woman" and questioned my assessment of the food. The meat was so thick I had to use a knife. Which is not done with carpaccio. Your social media manager should be fired for that response. Your waiter was wonderful, but the English menu should clearly state "cooked" in English because most English speakers don't understand "CBT."

Honest people, as they didn’t charge for one of the dishes that returned twice (first time was totally uncooked, second time was still uncooked and with tons of butter). Really awful. This was my husband’s dish.

My choice was just regular pasta. I ate it but it wasn’t tasty.

My husband’s dish was impossible to eat. Returned twice. They acknowledged and didn’t charge. That’s why I wrote they are honest. They didn’t charge for something that wasn’t eaten.

Incredible. One of the best restaurants I’ve been around the world. First of all, obviously Italian cuisine never dissapoints but this was beyond amazing. The food was extraordinary. Very delicious, very different. Also regarding the prices, it’s even better. Amount of money we paid was nothing after getting this service. The staff were very very polite, helpful and warm blooded. They all spoke English as well. The food was always very quick. And we also had an AMAZING wine from the winery called Masseria Li Veli (Orion-Primitivo). Great experience.
