Esperienza super negativa: avevo pagato ben 12 euro per consegnare un mazzo di rose a mia mamma per conto di mio padre in palazzo distante 5 min a piedi forse meno. La consegna doveva essere effettuata alle 1730. La portineria di casa mi ha avvisata alle 18 che non era arrivato nessun mazzo di rose. Ho chiamato il negozio che mi ha risposto che era impossibile perche il fattorino era passato. Ho chiesto di verificare e mi ha richiamata dicendo che era spiaciuta ma era stato consegnato al numero civico attiguo e non poteva far niente. Ho chiesto di poter preparare un altro mazzo ed inviarlo ma mi ha detto che non era possibile perche le consegne finivano alle 18 e che non era colpa sua se il fattorino aveva sbagliato. Ho quindi detto che dopo aver pagato 12 euro poteva anche chiamare un altro fattorino per la nuova consegna. Niente da fare: la consegna era impossibile. Ho chiesto se poteva fare lei la consegna alla chiusura ma mi ha detto che non le era possibile perche abita a bergamo e che poteva organizzare per il giorno dopo... peccato che sarebbe arrivato troppo tardi. Al che ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile ma mi ha attaccato telefono dopo aver detto che mi avrebbe dato numero. Chiaramente il numero non e’ arrivato ne sono stata contattata. Un servizio cosi pessimo non l avevo mai sperimentato. Mi spiace che non si puo mettere zero. Alle 1830 ho trovato un baracchino in in Via Manzoni che ha fatto la consegna prontamente.
