My review here is for Zani Company not for the outlet as I have already given my review on the Serrevalle outlet in separate review with 5/5 rating.
Zani Company offers clean buses to be honest and this one gives them the +2 rating, however Zani need to reconsider thier Rude and disrespectful drivers, the way the drivers talk to the people as if we are nothing and no respect.
I had question if i can return earlier than my planned return and 4 drivers standing next to each other, I politely asked excuse me excuse me I have question and they are simply ignoring me and after few more excuse me and hello one of them asked his colleague to reply to me, really is this respect to ignore people !!
If you want to change your return to earlier ones as each ticket has fixed departure and arrival time then you need to pay 5 euro more per person 🤣🤣 and this is by company rules which is ok i paid, but to me this is smart way to more claim cash, I paid the driver and he disrespectfully replied you need to get change, you can still ask me for change in polite way, however I were so calm and relaxed and I did respect his age and remained quite without further escalation.
Now the interesting part 😂, everyone knows that you go for outlets for shopping and you will have many shopping bags at the end, so while taking the bus back the drivers refuse to put the shopping bags in the storage area though it was having big and i really mean it very big free space claiming that this area for bags only, so you need to carry all your items inside and believe me no storage available inside the bus to keep your items so you need to carry all your bags and keep them with you in your seat, basically they don't care how you will manage all your shopping bags they care about how to collect money and talk rude.
Many others they were upset as well and I can see them getting angry because of the driver way of talking to them and how they are struggling with thier shopping bags inside the cabinet as no space available and at the same time the bus storage cabinet having too much space.
I don't recommend this company and better find another one,...
Read moreWe went today, October the 27th to Serravalle outlet. Our pre booked time for coming back was 8.15 pm. When we arrived we asked the driver that if would be possible to return to Milan in one of the earliest buses because we thought that 8.15 pm was a little late, he replied that no problem at all if they had free seats, same for a second driver we also asked. At 7.15 pm we decided to come back, the driver said yes but a second driver randomly said in laud voice that we had to pay 10 euro per person per changing the time. Of course we thought he was joking but surprisingly he was not. My mum told them that the previous driver didn't mention that at all and they started to rudely scream to my mother and use the rudest manners. Also threaten her, a 65 year old woman, of leaving her ther waiting for the other bus, WOW, what an educated man, so professional ( note this is ironic)👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Shame on them for getting their salary for the tourism industry and on top of it cheat on tourists and rob their money. Also I hope that when their daughters and wifes travel to a different country don't get treated the same way they treated us today and don't find people like this two. Even though this is what they deserved as they have no moral principles and they are scammers and thiefs stealing on their own jobs. Also of course they said that this was something that the company does, a rule from the company, but I'm pretty sure this is on the drivers as of course this information about having to pay more if you come earlier is not mentioned on the vouchers, website or terms and conditions. Also I saw previous comments saying that they charge different quantities each time, no sense at all!! Hope the aperol they had thanks to us was bad and disgusting. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
