Workmanship and quality of their leather goods are great and I end up getting 4 bags!

Besides the quality products, what impress me more and make my shopping experience truly amazing is their sales personnel service. Visited their shops in Milan, Venezia and even the outlet at La Reggia, all their staff are very friendly, patient and hospitable.

I must specifically mention Davide from the Milan shop taking extra effort in helping me get what i wanted - the pistachio green unica bag.

Another gentleman from the La Reggia (regrettably we didn't get his name) is also very professional and friendly, even recommended us trying out the awesome donuts and world best pizza in Caserta. And they are truly delicioso!

I discovered The Bridge, while in Italy earlier this year and purchased my very first handbag and immediately fell in love with the quality and brand. This shop is saved with a little heart on my map of Milano. The high quality products are important, yes... But to have a sales person who is kind and attentive with my on-the-phone purchase (!) to the point of asking me which is the other beautiful sold out bag that I missed to buy and then shakes the whole Italy and finds it for me...
