“So, I rented a two-person cabana beachfront, and I paid 30 euros (I’m American). Later on, our son and my husband’s brother joined us, which I thought would be fine. However, the staff was rude. Let me say, my husband is from Ischia, and he was so upset that they made a fuss about an extra adult, and we had to pay an extra 12 euros for a chair. They claimed it’s against the policy rules (nowhere printed) that if it’s more than two people to a cabana. But when we paid, that rule was waived. SMH. We ordered food, finished, and went out to the water for two hours. The food was still sitting on the table; no plates or food were collected. There were tons of bees swarming the area, and the staff did nothing. It’s almost like it was a ‘we don’t care’ because my husband and his brother told them to relax in Italian, and they knew we were being played with. This is what they do to Americans—overcharge us and take advantage. I won’t recommend nor ever go back to this miserable place with unhappy staff, long faces, and no sense of customer service...

The beach was not very big, the restaurant was nice and food decent. The guy didn't want to give me the pass for Wi-Fi with the excuse that it was not working properly then he gave it to me when I kind of threatened them to a bad review. The waiter offered to my sister a red sea beam/pezzogna but didn't tell us it was actually thawed and not fresh, but we realized that when we ate it. DON'T GO THERE. Totally overpriced. FOOD IS SHIT. I ordered the linguine with fish of the day - one of the most expensive dishes in the menu - but the portion of pasta was minimal, hardly filling the plate, sprinkled with very few minuscule cubes of tasteless fish.
