UPDATE: WOW, I am in utter shock at how fast the owner reached out to me to fix my issues. Within a few hours he had already figured out the pieces that I needed replaced and promised to send them in the mall. I received them this weekend, and I was so excited. Living in the US, we often don’t receive this level of care and customer service with such large manufacturers. When in Naples, I will definitely be back I really loved everything about my experience here! From meeting the gentleman walking on the street to seeing all of the amazing pieces. I ended up buying 3 pieces. A beautiful coral ring, and 2 flower necklaces for my daughters. Unfortunately, after just a few months 2 of the 3 items are broken. The coral fell out of my ring with very light wear. And my daughter who is 5 only wore her necklace 3-4 times for special occasions and it too broke! We purchased the items in November 2023 and by April 2024, only 1 of them is still wearable. This honestly broke my heart as I thought I was bringing home pieces that we would have for a very long time.

I was there yesterday and I was amazed. The owner is absolutely professional and helpful and his work is wonderful. Everything is hand made and you can see the "magic" in these art pieces. For me was very difficult to choose because there is a enormous catalogue of pieces 😂 They work with a wide range of prices so don't be scared about the "high price of handmade": they have pieces for all. I wish I could have this shop in my town ❤️

I knew of this place in my time in US Navy '75-'79, but never went. First time was in 2018 with the love of my life. It was only meant to be that way! The cameos are exquisite. The woman who wears these for me is also exquisite! We came to DePaola Cameo factory again (11/04/24) and completed an ensemble with a bracelet. Enza and others are so hospitable, friendly. Enza opened doors here over 50 years ago. Go to this place.

Amazing shop with lots of choices for impressive cameos and natural corals (from Sicily, Sardinia etc). Beautiful pieces and reasonable prices. Extremely friendly owners who answer all your questions, help choose the best fitting piece and give fantastic recommendations! You can also see how cameos are produced yourself which is fascinating. We didn't plan to buy anything but this place is so good we could't resist and got a coral choker and also got a present from the owner. It was unexpected and we were very touched! We visited Cameo factory De Paola in Naples (they are located in the beautiful Vomero area) and were welcomed by Giovanni and his father. This is a family business, and the pride in their work shows in each piece. They showed us around and explained how they produce their wonderful cameos.
