I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his store. We found his store on Saturday morning - our last day in Naples. I visited all the “recommended” Men’s stores in Naples in search of blazer but nothing was quite right. Joe had an incredible selection at a great price for the quality. I found a beautiful suit for the price of many blazers but it needed alterations and I was reluctant to purchase it. Joe made a call to a friend/tailor and said he could have it altered by the afternoon - this was Saturday morning at 10:00 and the suit was ready by 4:00 p.m. It fit perfectly. I was so impressed by the quality of the suit. It was less than a third of the price of the Isaia suit I purchased a year earlier. I ended up purchasing several sweaters which are similar quality to Loro Piano for a fraction of the cost. I met Joe sometime around 2015 when I was browsing in a (different) clothing shop in Napoli. He was always very kind with me and on my nearly annual subsequent trips to Naples, I would run into him working in other stores in the streets of the Chiaia neighborhood. He was always happy to stop for a chat and never failed to remember me. I hadn't been in Napoli for some years, and I just happened to run into him in a cafe at he recognized me immediately. He has his own shop now, and I was more than happy to stop in. Pickup up two pairs some very nice, pleated and cuffed cotton pants with the Neapolitan cloth belt of Joe's design. Happy to see he is doing well. He's a gem of a guy--honest, genuinely kind and unflappably pleasant. Highly recommended. And my pants look great....
