My partner and I visited the hotel for a long weekend back in March 2019. This is a sweet boutique B&B located in a quiet area of Naples just by the seafront.||||Pros:||- Rooms are very small but are kept clean and have nice furnishings||- We really liked the location – it was just by the seafront and a short walk to the really trendy area of Chiaia where there lots of cool bars and restaurants. It was really lively around this area in the evenings full of young locals and we loved it! We didn’t like the Old Town area which is where most tourists tend to stay and where we were felt a lot safer!||- The front desk staff were very smiley and helpful and helped us to book taxi’s as and when we needed to||- The hotel is very close by to one of the best visitor attractions in Naples (in my opinion), Galleria Borbonica. Would definitely recommend visiting this!||||Cons:||- Difficult to get in and out of the building. The key for the main door into the building is really difficult to use but there is only someone on reception until 7pm every day so if you get locked out in the evening, you will struggle to get in!||- Whilst the complimentary breakfast is very cute, there was not much choice at all. There was a choice of cereal, toast or a variety of pastries and although very tasty, quite a limited offering. The breakfast area was also very charming but very very tiny and cramped. ||- Unfortunately we had a problem with our bathroom during our stay – the shower door was broken and half of it was missing so the bathroom got flooded every time we used it. We decided not to mention this to the hotel staff though as we figured we were only there for 3 nights so could make do. I’m sure they would have moved us if we complained but it just didn’t seem worth it once we had put all of our things in there. ||- The road outside the hotel was very busy and could therefore be very noisy with cars hooting their horns at each other (which happens A LOT in Naples ;) )||- Internet really wasn't great. It kept dropping out for us so we barely used the wifi here. ||||Overall, we had a very pleasant short stay...
Read moreMyself and my girlfriend spent 4 nights at the hotel. Originally booked their sister hotel gut but there was a leak in our room. We got put up in the superior suite at no extra cost and the staff were simply fantastic In particular Maria who worked front of house. ||||The location was superb as it was by the water front and also a short walk from the shopping district with all the bars and restaurants. There was a lot of noise from the streets but with how busy those roads are with all the mo-peds and cars I don't think think there is a single note in Naples that can keep out all the street noise. ||||I also left my DSLR camera and sunglasses at the hotel and they have been very helpful is storing my belongings and shipping them back to the uk. ||||All in the the Relais piazza Vittoria and is an excelled budget boutique hotel and I would definitely stay there again....
Read moreI noticed at the beginning the paint and layers of the bathroom door were peeling off so i wondered if someone flooded the room badly and damaged it, but then after i took a normal shower (with the shower door closed properly) the whole bathroom flooded like a pool and the water even went outside the bathroom and flooded part of the room if you can see in the pictures ( it was too dark to capture it), next morning i made my boyfriend aware of this when he was going to take shower and be careful, same thing happened. We told the staff when checking-out but he seems surprised and was not aware there is a re-occurring problem in the room. Other than this location is great and...
