I've been here several times and I always want to come back. They have the BEST crema pasticcera in Padova, their cornetto di crema is delicious and I'm still dreaming about the brioche con frutta bicolore, it was easily the best pastry I have ever had. Pasticceria con brioche buone e fragranti, locale accogliente e banco pasticceria quasi sempre pulito.. Ultimamente al banco però mi è capitato di essere stata servita da una nuova commessa, (anziché il solito ragazzo gentile ed educato), con capello corto a caschetto moro. Maleducata e per niente solare, che a stento saluta e soprattutto ne' tiene i capelli legati, anche se corti, né tiene la mascherina in maniera corretta, lasciando scoperta parte del viso. Ho chiesto informazioni riguardo i prodotti e non sapeva neanche dirmi quanto venisse la pasticceria mignon, la confezione è stata fatta in maniera imbarazzante (foto sotto) e l'incarto è andato a battere sulle creme dei mignon rovinandoli tutti. Per 38€/kg pagati, sono i particolari e i dettagli a fare la differenza, anche su queste cose, che magari per voi non sono così importanti, ma in verità è abbastanza imbarazzante portare a cena dei dolci così per poca cura nella vostra confezione. Inoltre , se si richiede correttezza al cliente, visto il periodo di pandemia, la si dovrebbe ricevere anche da parte del personale.... E soprattutto un saluto...
