We rented eBikes (mountain) for two days and received excellent-quality bikes that were well-maintained. Mark was generous with his time and shared his thoughts on a couple of different long routes that we wanted to ride. While the weather was a bit spotty, we had two fantastic rides. Mark is personable and knowledgeable and will take good care of you and set you on a great adventure in this region. The shop is also well-stocked with clothing and kit and an excellent selection of bikes for sale. They also rent road and gravel bikes. Thanks “On the Rocks” 🚵🚵🏻‍♂️

I went on the 65 km tour to Alta Badia with Mark – an experience I can highly recommend. I did a half day private tour with Andreas. He asked me what I wanted to experience and he delivered. Alpine meadows, single track technical, and instruction. We saw everything you'd want to see in the mountains and valley and villages. The bike was in mint condition and he expertly figured out the weather systems so I had the best experience possible (found the perfect window between the rains passing through). Highlight of my trip to Italy by far!

The experience was lovely all around! My partner and I tried to make a booking last minute and the site wasn't working, but the staff were ever so helpful on the phone and reserved them for us over the phone. Then when we got to the shop, they made sure we know what we are doing and that we have maps and warned us about some diversions due to construction works.

During the day I fell off the bike on hard gravel and smashed the e bike screen (and myself)...The first thing guys at shop did when we came back, was check if I am alright and if I needed anything and only then looked at the bike. After I felt guilty damaging rented equipment and upset that I will cause them neusance, they were really reassuring and calm and made me feel much better about what happened.

Highly recommend renting bike from this friendly and helpful bike shop! My husband and I rented e-bikes, he mountain bikes and has ridden e-bikes before and I had never ridden an e-bike and bike mainly only on paved roads. They were extremely kind and patient explaining all of the ins and outs of the bike and functionality (we rented the full suspension), and gave great advice on local trails. They were super flexible with our schedule with potential impending rain for pick up/drop off, and the bikes performed well and were in great shape. Definitely rent from this shop if you're looking for...
