Perhaps an overly long review.. but .. well deserved.. Staff at the retail store in the main plaza were awesome and helpful on every single level. Moved our rental equipment to the locker location, without us asking! Who does that?! However, the star is the staff at the ski locker location. Rudy and crew are everything you want from ski shop dudes; Knowledgeable, welcoming, enthusiastic, friendly. Rudy and everyone treated everyone the same and it was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had at any ski shop in 40 years of skiing around the world. Locker location appears to be the closest to the secret elevator at the Mont Seuc gondola lift...

Rented e bikes here. Staff was excellent. Good price. And the battery lasted all day. The very nice energetic young man that helped us advices us to bike up to Alpe de Susie instead of taking the lift (that is next door). We took his advice, but I wouldn’t do this again, it was super steep and long path up, and not great signage so we got a bit lost. Eventually made it up there, but wasted too much time. Excellent experience with full day guided e-bike tour of the Dolomites from Sport Gardena in Ortisei. I spoke to Patrick in the office and reserved a few months in advance. He was very helpful.
