WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE BLONDE WOMAN on 22/03/2025: The blonde woman at the ticket office (blue office) is the rudest person that our family have met during our stay in Ortisei. A lot can be said for her unacceptable and aggressive behaviour towards us but I will only mention the main facts: 1 - We had been waiting in the queue for 15 mins and it was our turn. She denied to serve us because we had our skis by our side. She started shouting(!!) to us in order to get out of the queue and come back again to wait again from the start but without the skis!! Our family had to wait another 10mins in the queue (total 25 mins from the start)!! 2 - She attempted to make us pay for two kids (8 & 11 yrs old) the full price of an adult because we didn’t have the kid’s passports in hand. Namely, she is treating any small kid (~1m height) as an adult!! Again she was shouting to us (in front of the kids!!), hitting hard the glass of the cashier and shouting to us that “HERE IS ITALY” !!!!!!!!!!!! No comment… 3 - We asked to speak to her supervisor for an explanation of this rude and aggressive behaviour, but apparently she declares herself as the “supervisor”!!!!!! No comment… For sure it is obvious that there is completely no intention for a friendly customer service from this blonde lady!!! It is highly recommended to avoid any interaction with her as she is very aggressive!!! Unfortunately discussing this issue with the locals, it was stated that the particular woman is very well known for her rude behaviour towards tourists!!! Until this problem is fixed, please keep away from her to protect yourselves from such uncivilised behaviours and bad experiences!!! Tip: We have been told that alternatively we could have either booked our ski passes on line or we could have gone on the ticket office of the Ski School (instead of the front blue office of the cable car on the ground level with this awful...
Read moreDuring my recent ski trip, I had the misfortune of dislocating my shoulder at start slope 48(Al Sole - Mezdi). The slope right outside the cable car station, where the ski instructors will gather before the start of lessons. The slope that can leads down to hotel sole/sonne.
Despite my wife's efforts to seek help from the cable car staff at the station, they callously ignored her plea for assistance. It's utterly appalling that in the face of a medical emergency, the so-called professionals at the ski services provider failed miserably to provide even the most basic medical attention.
It's beyond belief that the staff, who are supposed to be the nearest point of contact for help, couldn't be bothered to lift a finger. If you can't handle such fundamental responsibilities, you've unquestionably failed as a ski services provider.
Fortunately, we managed to find a ski instructor who had the decency to call in two medics for us. I genuinely appreciate their help and expressed my sincere gratitude to them. However, the blatant negligence and indifference displayed by the cable car staff are utterly shameful. Shame on you for your disgraceful lack of professionalism...
