이곳은 최악에 기억으로 남는다. 나는 세체다의 마운틴 뷰와 주방시설등를 원하였기 때문에 예약 사이트를 통해 마운틴 뷰가 있는 룸을 예약했다. 하지만 실제로 배정받은 방은 camera comfort로 더 작고 어떤 뷰도 없으며 사방이 꽉막힌 답답한 방이었다.

다음날 해당내용을 리셉션에 이야기했으나 그들은 어떠한 사과도 없었고 풀부킹이라 어쩔수 없고, 캔슬도 안된다. 테라스가 있으니 괜찮지 않은가?라는 말만 하였다. 배정받은 방에 테라스는 그냥 벽앞에 의자가 있는 것이다.

나는 여행을 망치고 싶지 않기 때문에 캔슬도 안되는 이곳을 포기하고 , 추가로 비용을 지불하여 다른 호텔로 갔다. 예약 업체를 통해서도 이야기했지만 sovara에서는 사과도 없었으며 자신들은 아무 문제가 없었다라고만 했다.

또한 업체에서는 내가 불을 키고 나왔다, 냉장고를 열고 나왔다, 영어가 안되었다라는등 자신들의 책임을 지지 않으려는 자세만 보였다.

최악의 숙소로 기억될 것이고 나는 내 동료, 지인들에게 나에 안좋았던 경험들을 공유할 것이다.

This place is remembered at its worst. I booked a room with mountain views through the reservation site because I wanted mountain views and kitchen facilities in Cecheda. But the room I was assigned to was a camera comport, which was smaller and had no views, and was a stuffy room with everywhere.

Abbiamo affittato un monolocale per la prima settimana di agosto. Tutto pulito, super accessoriato, la cucina era completa di tutto, anche di lavastoviglie, comprese alcune capsule per i lavaggi. Ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani a metà settimana, cosa non banale. La vista é stupenda, i letti ampi e comodi, noi non avevamo il balcone, ma una grande finestra che si affacciava proprio sul sassolungo. Stupendo! A disposizione degli ospiti c’è un giardino con sdraio, divano e poltrone comodissimi e con un ottimo panorama. Alla reception ci sono dei prodotti in vendita come vino, succhi di frutta, acqua, biscotti, latte e altre bevande disponibili a tutte le ore. Le informazioni per l’accesso sono state chiarissime, noi siamo arrivati quando la reception era chiusa e ci hanno dato indicazioni per prendere le chiavi. A disposizione c’è una lavatrice con un piccolo costo aggiuntivo e uno stendino. La titolare è disponibile per consigli su trekking e attività da fare in tutta la val Gardena. Da provare anche la sala relax con sauna, noi non abbiamo avuto il tempo di farlo....

Gut geführtes Haus mit schöner Panoramalage.

Unser Apartment war sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Haus bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Langkofel. Fußläufig ist die Kirche und auch der Ortskern erreichbar. Im Winter hält der Skibus direkt vor der Tür.

Eine Tiefgarage bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze, die allerdings sehr sehr eng sind. Wenn das Haus komplett belegt ist, dann wird es vermutlich noch enger.

Die Sauna im Haus ist schön, aber vermutlich bei Vollbelegung auch überfüllt. Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Haus und hätten den Wellnessbereich gern öfter genutzt - uns war es aber etwas zu unruhig. Das kann aber auch an den Besuchern ohne "Saunaerfahrung" gelegen haben und deren Wohnsitz weit östlich der Oder eingeschätzt haben. Hier war laute Unterhaltung und Bier innerhalb!! der Sauna wohl kein Problem. Dafür kann aber das Haus nichts.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und halten das Preisleistungsverhältnis für angemessen. Wenn wir wieder ins Grödnertal fahren, dann ist die Residence Sovara sicher...
