Consiglio vivamente per i turisti di noleggiare una bicicletta e percorrere la famosa Via Francigena che ricollega allo spettacolare borgo.

English : In the charming village of San Miniato Alto, walking through the main streets, we find this food store open since 2003 which offers artisan products from magnificent Tuscany, including cold cuts, cheeses, variegated pasta, top quality artisan biscuits and the famous truffles offered by the family Nacci. The grocery store is located in a strategic position as it connects the center of San Miniato Alto to the main roads. The family business is managed by the kind and warm Beatrice and Elena, mother and daughter, and by the friendly Franco. I highly recommend for tourists to rent a bike and travel the famous Via Francigena which connects to the spectacular village.

L'épicerie est située dans une position stratégique car elle relie le centre de San Miniato Alto aux routes principales. Found this little shop while passing by, looking for a supermarket, and was extremely surprised! The lady working here is so nice. We arrived just before closing time, yet didn’t feel rushed. She patiently and politely answered all our questions, and even gave us a little wine tasting. We bought some local meat, cheese, salsa, bread and wine. Everything was so tasty, best...

Great little supermarket with everything we needed. We bought some organic milk to make fresh yoghurt, a few bits of fruit and veg, fresh cheese, coffee pods and rice.
