I first ordered a crepe, and later on, I decided to have ice cream too. However, I was already out of the line, so I went back to queue again while waiting for my crepe to be finished. My crepe was ready before I got a chance to order my ice cream. One of the staff members, whose name I believe was Lea, said, "Madam, your crepe is done." I responded, "Okay, and I'd like to order ice cream too." She made an annoyed face and said, "You have to collect your crepe first," in a not-so-friendly tone. In my opinion, my crepe could have waited, and I would have been fine with it being put aside. But I had to leave the queue, collect my crepe, and then join the line again. I am impressed with these two employees Tasnim and Giada. They were so helpful in helping me with my purchase today. I was having a tough time while at the airport and was feeling not the greatest. After interacting with them, I felt so Happy. They had such a positive attitude and we’re so knowledgeable on the chocolate. I have never had this kind of chocolate before, but after speaking to them about it, and actually trying it I really like it. I think it might be my favorite chocolate now. Also, I saw them interact with other customers, and they were so polite and patient with everyone that came through no matter how busy it got. Before my trip to France, I made it a point to try gelato in Italy. I found a place where a really kind and professional girl helped me. She was attentive to what I wanted and even suggested adding chocolate chips to my cone, saying it would be more delicious—and she was absolutely right.
