Rustichelli & Mangione — Restaurant in Venice

My recent visit to this restaurant at this place was extremely disappointing. Despite speaking clearly in Italian, the cashier with a cap was rude and unhelpful. When I placed my order, she simply said, "move there" in a passive-aggressive manner without indicating where to wait for my food.

To make matters worse, the pizza I ordered was not heated well, and the croissant didn't taste fresh. Additionally, the tables in the restaurant were not clean.

This overall dining experience was overpriced and highly unsatisfactory. I hope they improve their staff training and food quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this...

We were very happy with the quality of food, coffee and juice. The orange juice was fresh and tasty, the croissants crunchy, the sandwiches were good abd warmed. The service spoke English. The coffee was delicious, with and without coffein. Yes, the prices are high (6,5 € / sandwich, 2,5 € a croissant), but there is a breakfast offer where you get the coffee, fresh squized juice and croissant for 5,9 €. There is also brown sugar for the coffee, and a sortiment of fruits, organic yogurts and cold juices. Everything...

As i wanted to order a slice of pizza , I pointed at a chosen slice (there is a glass window between pizza and costumers) , the lady with black reading glasses started to shout extremely rude , as i tried to ask her if she can talk normal to people, she just pointed away with the finger saying "ciao!!" .... I don't have a habit of negative reviews, but that lady raised my pressure as no one in years... No big deal , just wanted to point it out , the food looked alright but the employees are extremely rude....
