Great food. Excellent workers. Logistical nightmare. The logistics behind the entire process is horrible, not efficient at all nor well identified. You have to wait in line for a table, then you get a QR code. You have to have a seat at a table. Then go to another line and give them the number of the entree you want. And pay. Then you wait at your table, unless you ordered a drink that needs to be made at the bar, then you have to leave the restaurant and wait for someone to take your receipt. There is no order to how they take your receipt to address your need. Push and shove to the front of the mob for faster service. Then they Make your drink and return into the restaurant all the while fighting people trying to exit the restaurant. Then, you sit at your table. No order to how things arrive either. My husbands pasta (which had an estimated wait time of 13 minutes) arrived in 5. And I was left waiting for my pizza which had an estimated wait time of 8 minutes. But he finished his meal before mine even arrived. The workers are very nice and try to be helpful. But the entire system of how this restaurant is set up is horrible. It’s more of a cafeteria. The poor workers are running around like crazy. And explaining how the obscure ordering system works. The food was quite tasty for not much of an airport markup.

Delizioso 😋 At upper left part of Venice Marco Polo airport there's a pizzeria restaurant. Usually I wouldn't expect a lot BUT... Pizza capricciosa was am... deliziosa 😋. Typical Italian pizza; soft but crunchy crush, thin dough, elegantly not too much toppings and after eating it, the feeling is just nice, a little bit tired but fulfilled 😁 With pistachio cheesecake 😋 flavourly rich and satisfying. I've to say here's food even better than in the city. With regular sprite (not ZERO or sugarless variations) together it was 22€, which is a very good price for really delicious meal with a drink not just at the airport but in most European cities. As would Arny Schwarzenegger'l said:"I'll be back 😁" Definitely recommending.

I wanted to have the marocchino but their hot chocolate machine wasn't working. So I settled for a Double Cappuccino. To go with that I had a Blueberry Cheesecake which was very nice. The only problem I had was that I was told to sit outside the restaurant where the airport lounge was. Even though there were lots of empty tables and chairs in the restaurant I was requested to sit outside the restaurant which didn't make sense to me. The restaurant is only for foods like pizzas and sandwiches. There were no tables or chairs in the lounge for me so I had my snack on a marble bench. Other than that, it was okay. They have friendly staff and nice interior design.

Stopped for lunch on 20th March 2018 and really enjoyed our pizzas. They have what is called a virtual waiter, which means that you either scan the ticket you get when met by a staff member, which is tricky as the staff were very thin on the ground. You then write on a piece of paper what you want to order & then take it to a counter to pay. Your food is then brought to your table. I had no problem with the ordering of good as it reminds me of ordering goods at Argos in UK. I watched as several customers or potential customers waited to be seated & then walk away when no staff appeared. I also observed the customers this restaurant wishes to attract ( millienials) struggle to write out their order& then also walk out as they couldn't understand how to scan their smart phone or didn't want to. If I owned this business U would have a quick rethink as...

•Physical menu available and also QR code. •The employees were very friendly and offered great service. •The estimated wait times board for the food items is VERY helpful. •The Tiepolo Pizza is AMAZING and their coffees are great.

Not a 5 star rating because although general experience was great, Paying beforehand at a kiosk and picking your coffee yourself is not the service you normally expect when dining in. Staff delivers your food to the table, it wouldn't be much to add the coffees ;)

Ps- If you do order there dining in and have coffee don't wait in line where people are ordering their drinks. Save time, you already paid... approach the counter politely and the Barista will make your order along...
