Primark — Local services in Verona

Pessima e SCORRETTA PRATICA COMMERCIALE: per indurre il consumatore a comprare per forza i sacchetti a pagamento senza menzionare minimamente quelli di carta dati gratuitamente ad ogni acquisto, l'addetto all'inizio della coda per le casse, mostra, senza chiarirne il prezzo, solo questi sacchetti a pagamento chiedendo: " bianco o marrone?".

Mi sono lamentata di tale operazione non corretta verso i consumatori con la cassiera che ha poi chiamato colei che si è prima presentata come la responsabile, per poi rimangiarsi il proprio ruolo. Non saprò mai chi rappresenta tale signorina di nome Marta per Primark se non un'addetta incapace di capire che quando si è colti in errore l'unica cosa da fare è chiedere scusa. Invece ha difeso con arroganza l'operato scorretto del collega fino a quando io ho minacciato di scriverlo alla direzione (cosa che farò sicuramente) e se ve ne fossero gli estremi anche all'associazione dei consumatori che mi tutela.

L'addetto alla fila ha smesso di mostrare i due sacchetti a pagamento, bianco o marrone, per il tempo che sono stata presente, ma mi piacerebbe pensare che qualcuno di Primark intervenga definitivamente. Le alternative si mostrano tutte e tre (anche quella gratuita), in cassa!

Non credo sia una politica aziendale dato che in tutti gli altri Primark tale scorrettezza non avviene.
