天気が悪く、小さな子がいるため海で遊ぶ予定を変更し、数年ぶりに利用しましたが散々でした。とにかく受け付けに時間がかかりすぎる！ スタッフは、バイトらしき若い子が数人で、現場を取りまとめる社員らしき仕切る人は見当たらず、オープン前に並び入るまでに30分、券売機で券を買うのに15分、更に受付をしてロッカーの鍵を受け取るまでに40分、その間、スタッフの案内なし、動線も確保出来ていないので、下駄箱も大混雑、入口付近は誰が何に並んでいるかも不明で大混乱、スタッフにキレる人続出でした。長時間並んでいて感じたことも多々あり、アナウンスしてほしい！列を整理してくれ！そもそも券売機で券を買う必要あるか？お土産の位置おかしくないか？入場制限かけたらどうか？など口々に言っていました。 着替えてプールに入る頃には、昼近くでした。また、休憩するスペースが無さすぎて困りました。自販機スペースにテーブル＆イスがありましたが少ししかなく、プールサイドにも色々置いてありスペースがなく、もっと利用客が休める場所があればいいのにと思いました。 2階のジムスペースは必要なのかな？休憩スペースの増設やキッズコーナーなどの方が良いと思いました。以前はあったのに。 レストランは、食券が販売中止になり利用出来ず。空腹の子供たちを連れて帰ることに。 結局、プール等の利用時間は1時間程度。楽しむことは出来ず、内容の割に料金が高くつきました。もともと料金高めですが。 帰る際に鍵の返却にも50分、挙句の果てに下駄箱の鍵はどれが誰のか分からなくなっているというスタッフ…(・・;)自分や友人の靴を探すのに30分。大して遊んでいないのに子供たちも待ちくたびれてぐったりでした。 駐車料金2時間無料サービスでしたが、並んだ時間の方が長く、駐車料金全て無料にして欲しいくらいでした。 昔は、スタッフも充実し、育成もきちんとされて雰囲気も良かったのですが、経営者が変わったのか、スタッフの対応にガッカリしました。これから夏休みで繁忙期を迎えるにあたって、システムが改...
