VILLA HAKONE STAGE — Local services in Hakone

We arrived at noon and found that check in proses was so simple, the owner sent me a pin code to open the door. The room looks exactly the same as what shows on photos, including all amenities. Rooms are clean and cozy, spacious for 4 persons event more.I love the bathtub waters adjustment for spas, and it is so relaxing. Only the hot water is a bit difficult to adjust .Toilet are separate from bathroom and provide handwash as well .We didn't cook our meal because all the stores nearby were closed at 3 pm.Make sure to bring your own food because it's not easy to find in Hakone. This place is amazing and for the price. Everything you need is here and it is provided. Very foreigner friendly the remotes and some of the modes of the appliances have english translations. Beds are comfortable. There are pull up beds. The place is very clean. New modern design. Plates, cups, hot water, fork, spoon etc. They have it. Place is well maintained. The location is good. Walking distance from togendai ropeway starting area. And near the boat port. Although the walls are very thin when i stayed here the other guests were quiet and friendly. I guess it depends on the other guest's behavior when it comes to noise. This is a much recommended place to stay when in a big group or with family. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth. The hotel sends a door code (in our case we had to contact them via LINE first, but the response was quick).

The room is very spacious and perfect for families or groups of friends. It comes with plenty of amenities including a kitchen set, washing machine, iron, hair curler, hair dryer, projector, bathtub, and more. Very convenient and great value.

I deducted one star because the extra bed sheet was not clean, and there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the drainage and trash bin (even though we didn’t cook or have any wet waste, so it seems to be a preexisting odor).
