Not sure about others - but our experience was one nothing short of a tragedy. First the waiting space was cold, small and honestly no staff came to kindly inform any waiting time despite our requests.
Next - food is exorbitantly priced , it’s self proclaimed famed food, sushi, was about 80USD for the set. 8 pieces of Mediocare average tasting sushi. We said we would like wasabi in the sushi - a staple for sushi - there was NONE.
We ordered at 6.30pm, and tables who were sat and ordered after 6.30pm was served the exact same set before us. Confused, I tried to approach the staff to ask as it had been about half an hour of waiting by then, they brushed it off lightly without stopping saying coming coming. Terrible service despite the numerous waiters.

They limited the amount of tissue paper we could get (even though we had children). And it just seemed like a well oiled business that is capturing tourists like us. I do not recommend going there... It is at your own risk. But if it is for the...

Even though we came in the restaurant 20 minutes before their closing time they still accommodated us and served us quite quickly. Their set meals (seafood, etc) at dinner time are reasonably priced. Their chawanmushi (savoury egg custard) was quite good. More sweet than savoury and didn't taste/smell very egg-y at all. I also love their gyozas (meat dumplings) and so far one of the best gyozas I...
