Let me start by getting to the point: this is a tourist trap. We went in because we came out for dinner late and it was our first night there. The place that we wanted to go to was closed that day; instead of standing in the freezing cold, we decided to enter into the closest restaurant. The food was ok - not great. The fried stuff was nice but the rest were really subpar to what we have been getting in Japan, even the small establishment. They limited the amount of tissue paper we could get (even though we had children). And it just seemed like a well oiled business that is capturing tourists like us. I do not recommend going there... It is at your own risk. But if it is for the warmth, go ahead.
