A female staff member showed me the wrong (but similar) items, when I pointed this out, she didn’t accept that and said it was the same. I knew at that moment I knew more than her, so I asked for a new assistant. They wouldn’t switch and seemed unsure what to do, she came back with a bag and when I went to look, she pulled it away from me. I insisted on someone else to assist me, after some time, the manager came to help. She left while muttering something under her breath while another girl laughed, congratulations, as a tourist I don’t speak your language. The manager was fine, helpful, the trainee was good too, polite and helpful. But the level of service from the start feels a little cheap, Japanese service has usually been very good.

いちど見たバングルが気に入り、色々回って購入しようと思い戻りって改めて装着すると、最初とは違う女性店員さんが「腕のサイズに合わず多きいから、ふとした瞬間に落ちるのでは」と正直に言ってくださり、購入するのを断念しました。押し切らずにそうやって言ってくださる真摯な対応が凄く嬉しかったです。お名前を覚えておけばよかった…またお伺いする時は、その人から買いたいです。...
