MUJI Lucua Osaka Store — Hotel in Osaka

Visited December 22, 2023, around 4pm. I tried to use the fitting room. I tried to use a face shield as the notice said. Suddenly the staff opened the door and asked rudely. 本当に無印良品なのか。。。リニューアルは改悪。 Deterioration. Is this really MUJI? A luxury clothing section has been added, and it no longer feels like the warm and simple MUJI store with gentle music and a pleasant scent. The atmosphere has become unwelcoming, and the staff seem colder, as if they are trying to imitate department store service, but doing so poorly.

It used to be a familiar and relaxing space that made the most of natural materials. Now, many of the stationery and small items are gone, and it’s turned into a clothing store. If that’s the case, there’s a department store nearby anyway…

このお店でLUCUAポイントで支払うと、支払い金額分のポイント付与(￥1,100だと10ポイント)されません。 他のお店とオペレーションが違うのでしょうか？ 先日、こちらでお買い物をした際、LUCUAポイントで支払いました。 その際、いつもなら長いジャーナルなのに、短かったので確認すると、ポイント利用のみで付与されていませんでした。 11月から、ルクアポイントの仕様が変わったのかなと思い、無印の店員さんに確認すると、支払い金額分を全額ポイント支払いすると、ポイント付与はされませんよと言われました。 (その店員さんはまだレジ列に5人ぐらい並んでいたのに、そのままレジをクローズして、キャッシャーの人1人だけになっていました。) その後、同じ階のアパレルさんで買い物をし、そこでもルクアポイントで支払いましたが、そのお店ではポイント付与がされていました。 無印さんではポイント付与されなかったんですよーと言うとそれは間違いなので、インフォメーションで付与してもらってくださいと言われました。 そのまま、インフォメーションへ行...
