To be honest, I will not want to shop at Cartier anytime soon.
I went to Cartier on a Thursday and was attended by both a male and female SA. They were very patient with me as I could not decide on which bracelet to get. I really appreciate their patience and I told them I would need to think about it.
After deliberation, I decided to head back to the stall to buy the love bracelet. I just wanted to see the difference between rose gold and white gold before making the purchase. However, they first told me to wait as they had to find my SA. The stall was not crowded then . There were only two sets of customers. So I waited for around 20 minutes and they then told me that I had to wait longer as they are assigning someone else since my SA is on break. I did not want to waste my time waiting in the stall, which clearly was not crowded. The other clients in the stall were treated with so much respect and given so much attention (e.g. providing water and juices for the client and her kids). I know I am not a VIP but I am going to be a paying customer. If you do not value my time and patronage, I do not see a point...

He ignored the question I asked and while I understand that English is not his native language, he didnât even remotely try to understand my question. Instead he was texting on his phone. Very unprofessional and inappropriate from a customer service standpoint. In the end I decided not to buy anything cause of the terrible customer service. I will never come to this Cartier again and may not ever buy from Cartier again because of this experience. Itâs not a wonder why this store...
