Overall, it was a spacious, well-connected and comfortable stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inove Villa. The biggest plus about this property is the space it offers for big families. It is located in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood surrounded by apartment buildings. Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven are within walking distance, along with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and salons in the vicinity. A bus stop is just 200 metres away, and the subway is about 500–600 metres, making it well connected to tourist attractions. The interior looks even better than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped. Room 601 has a balcony overlooking a school playground, and we enjoyed the view. The apartment has two sets of toilets and shower rooms (with attached changing rooms), and a spacious living room with a dining table, couch, and TV (with OTT apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime). The host was generous in providing towels and toiletries (including toothbrushes and razors), and even changed the towels midway through our stay. There are plenty of paid parking spaces available near the apartment. Internet speed is good. Be sure to follow the host’s Instagram page (@inovevilla_osaka) for restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. For Indian travellers, there is an Indian restaurant (Dips Rasna) just 200 metres away.
There are a few things the hosts should consider improving: First, access to the reception—there is a steep staircase (about 5–6 steps) at the building’s entrance, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage. Second, the check-in process needs to be simplified for the average traveller. Although the hosts provide clear instructions, I had uploaded all our passport images via the link provided before arrival, yet I was asked to repeat the process at check-in. A video call is made from the iPad at the self check-in counter, and all guests must appear in front of the camera one by one, which can be time-consuming.
The elevator could also use an upgrade—it closes too quickly, often before you can get in, which can be frustrating. Lastly, the soundproofing needs improvement. Even moderate footsteps can be heard between floors. We had to constantly remind our kids to walk gently to avoid disturbing...
