Lovely artisan tart shop 🥧 We stopped for cake and tea as we passed it everyday across of our hotel and it looked beautiful from the outside. I had tasty tea brewed from leaves and tarts, especially recommended the nuts and caramel tart! It was delicious with some extra rosemary aroma to it. The interior is cosy yet pretty and we had a pleasant time sitting there. Madam yoshie and her team are nice and heart-warming people, when she found out we are on our honeymoon she gave us a gift 🎁 and her son gave us recommendations on places to see beautiful sakura. Highly recommended if you’re in Osaka.

タルトがおいしい店とききつけたので平日午後に来店。カウンターで食べた。店は、大通り沿いの角地で、変形土地を利用したような店づくりだった。カウンター、テーブルあわせて、10席程度だったようにおもう。

タルトを中で食べる場合、まず、ショーケース前で飲み物とともに注文。お金も前払い。パストリーゼという食品用アルコールで手を消毒され、席に着く。着くと同時に、コロナのため1時間だけのご利用でお願いしますとスタッフから言われた。コロナがどうのという理由をスタッフは言っていたが、単純に考えて、回転数を増やすためではないだろうか。まあ小さい店で、席も限られるため、長く居座られるのは困るであろう。でも、どんな理由であれ、中に入って支払いが終わってから言うのではなく、外看板に大きく注意を書いておくとかしてほしいものだ。もし、単純に時間つぶしのためや、雨宿りのためなどで来店したなら、支払い後にこれを言われたらきっと困るだろう。タルト1切れとドリンクの飲食代は一人分1000円以上と決して安いものではないのだから。あらかじめネットなどで、この1時間だけしか店内にいてはいけないルールを知っていれば別なのだろうが。

タルトや、タルト生地のケーキは、小さいが食べ応えがあった。 果物のタルトは、ぱっと見はそんなに果実がはいっていないようにみえたが、側面から観察するとごろごろ果実が入っていた。生地やクリームなどの甘味はかなりおさえてあった。タルト生地を利用したケーキもあった。皿への盛り付けの際、小さな小さな子熊のクッキーを添えられていたのが、印象に残った。パティシェもオーナーも、提供されるお菓子も、プロの気概を感じさせるお店だ。季節のタルトはいろいろと提供されるよ...
