Arrived for 3 nights as part of a once in a lifetime trip to Japan. ||Had booked online and paid upon arrival (that was a mistake!) ..... THEN we saw the hutch, sorry 'room'.||Literally had to get my partner to go inti the room, I pushed the case (one at a time) into the room, closed the door so my partner could wheel it in then reopen the door for me to enter as the room was so small.||The bed intruded into half of the bathroom doorway and there was not a single sachet of coffee, bag of tea or bottle of water available. ||The room rates on booking.com (when we reserved over a month before arrival), which we ended up paying, were nearly DOUBLE of the actual rates than if we walked in a paid on the spot!!!||Please, please, please avoid this hotel. Sorry, but you'll only be disappointed and ache from the fact that the 'double' rooms are trying beds pushed together too!!!!!||Oh, and the room doors don't shut behind you, leaving your...
Read moreThis hotel it’s absolutely horrendous, service is awful, the vibe and the energy of the employees is simply not there, feels cold and soul-less. Nobody speaks any language other than Japanese. Which is hard to believe since we did a reservation through an international website.
The room layout isn’t efficient, you have huge a bathroom, a small room, no storage or shelves at all, prepare to have a mess in your room. Just a small useless table and an electronic device (not sure what it was but it was connected to the TV) which is super noisy at night and it’s impossible to turn off.
The check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, unbelievable… can’t even get a good sleep before leaving otherwise you will pay 2000 yen for every hour you check out late.
And trust me you will pay even if you are a...

But be prepared for the street outside to be littered with the girl's driver's cars with engines idly pretty much all day and night. Again it's Japan so it's all super non threatening. It's just a curiosity to see!
Hotel is okay. Some days they did breakfast, some days this didn't. We couldn't figure out the pattern and unfortunately the staff's English was limited (my fault as I can't speak a word of Japanese!) So we couldn't ask. They were, however, super polite.
As others have said rooms are tiny, by Western standards, there's no desk or chair etc. Literally a bed and a small space to edge around...
