I'm from Canada and traveled to Japan. I was looking for Vietamese food and was disappointed with my dinner there. I ordered 1 bowl of Pho which is common in all Vietnamese restaurants. The noodle was not cooked enough so it was still hard, missing Thai basil and sprout, the broth taste badly. I also ordered other things but... I'm not happy at all. Not worth...

I cannot say it is 100% vietnamese food flavor, it has been adjusted to suit Japanese's taste, more salty than authentic viet pho, atmosphere is great, price...

いつもは『ブンチャー』やけど今回は「ブンボーフエ」 ランチには「煮豚ご飯」or「魚炒りご飯」を付けられます

牛肉などでとったスープはレモングラスなど香辛料が効き 旨味もしっかり感じられピリッと酸っぱ辛くて美味い！

細うどんの様な麺はツルツルと喉ごしが良くて 牛肉や牛スジも入っていて食べ応えもあります

シャキシャキとしたもやしや玉ネギが良いアクセントで 卓上のパクチーで味変も楽しめます

このご時世、パクチー食べ放題って太っ腹すぎへん？！

で、この魚を炒ったモノのふりかけご飯 コレがスープと凄くマッチしててバクバクイケる！
