A very beautiful temple just outside the metro station. It has the cleansing station, incense station and the main prayer hall for visitors. Toji-ji temple is very clean and well-maintained by the staff here. The priest who signed my goshuin book was a very busy man, running around the temple grounds doing work. So I appreciate him taking time out of his busy schedule to stamp my book. All his hard-work and care on the property...

A very beautiful temple just outside the metro station. It has the cleansing station, incense station and the main prayer hall for visitors. Toji-ji temple is very clean and well-maintained by the staff here. The priest who signed my goshuin book was a very busy man, running around the temple grounds doing work. 【藤次寺】2024.5.26㈰ 「とうじじ」と呼ぶみたいです。 お孫さんが祖父を呼ぶ言い方みたいだと思いました(笑) 生國魂神社に行く途中で、まだ参拝した事がなかったので寄らせてもらいました！ こじんまりとたたずんで鎮座する神社です。 ここには日本最大木彫 地蔵大仏が祀ってあります。 木造大仏は建物の中にあり入口も閉まっていたので外からガラス越しにしか見ることは出来ませんでした。 優しいお顔をされていました。 驚いたのは小さい境内にちゃんと屋根付きの喫煙所があったことです❗ 珍しいと思いました。 御朱印は普通の少しスタンプがカラフルな直書きの１種類だけでした。 龍のお守りもありました。 駐車場はないので周辺の有料駐車場に停めるしかないです。
