The Indian staff working at the Machida branch were very rude to people who tried to interact with them and inquire about contract details. When I approached them to get information about a Hikari offer, one of the staff members spoke rudely. I told him that I don’t understand Hindi, but he continued speaking in Hindi in a disrespectful manner.
