OKURA moyuk SAPPORO — Local services in Sapporo

This is the greatest experience I ever had in this kind of retail industry. I’m from Australia and I’ve been traveling to Japan for many years but first time in Sapporo. Great place to visit and shop. I was not expecting to purchase anything from a preloved shop however, I spotted one of the best Chanel CF 30’cm which I just simply fell in love with no second delayed. I was going to pay via my only Visa Card however the offshore bank pledged a restriction onto it cause the amount was much bigger than my normal transaction. I managed to speak with My bank in Oz and trying to resolve the matter. The Team at Okura was very patient during my time with the bank. After more than an hour later it was still unsuccessful and I was truly disappointed cause I don’t have an alternative solution. The Team given me an option to access the bag in my next stop in Tokyo. It was an excellent idea and things was arranged extremely efficient and smooth. I was advised by staff every single step and finally I paid and owned this beautiful CF of Chanel. I would like to highly recognized the store manager Mr Ishiyama and Ms Zhu, they both having the “Can DO” attitude to make it all happened for me. They are not only provide the services but the best customer experience for me and excel my expectation. This is the best customer centric and great leadership of Mr Ishiyama. This place is not a hardsell and there are no upselling involved. No pressure, they are honest . Ogata san is so helpful and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend this store to tourists that are serious shoppers and are intimidated of being misled to getting a bad deal.
