Delicious artisanal American burgers. We saw on another review that the burgers are small and decided to order an extra patty. This turned out to be not true in our case since we had two very big and thick patties. I can eat a lot and the burgers and super filling.

The burger arrived to us beautifully plated, the lettuce was super crunchy, tomato fresh as well. Bacon was so yummy and the patties were deliciously seasoned. The burger was super juicy, I really liked the mixed of all flavours it had. Got a melon float and it was also good. We were craving burgers upon arriving in Sapporo and luckily this place was around the corner from our hotel. It’s located at B2F of moyuk Sapporo. The escalators can also be accessed from Tanukikoji Shopping Street.

Burgers were fresh and juicy, on the medium-well side. Potato wedges were well seasoned. Ketchup is locally made and has to be ordered separately, too bad I didn’t realize this early on.

Put the burger in the small paper bag provided to avoid a mess while eating.

Service was friendly and efficient.

Ordered 1 set each of the Top 2 recomended Burger. The size was pretty generous. However, the overall taste was much too saltish, too intense and overpowering. Patty was overseasoned. Potato wedges were ok but oversalted. I would have much preferred to patty to be less seasoned so that i can have a natural taste of the beef. I would also like to have the patty cooked Medium, so that i can taste the overflowing beef juices. I hope they can benchmark against Shake Shack, In-and-Out Burger or even the local...
