Beef Impact Tanuki koji — Restaurant in Sapporo

Came during peak dinner hours, waited for 20mins to be seated and another 20mins for food to be served. As always, the service was impeccable, the staff could understand English though not necessary as ordering is done on an ipad with various languages available. The restaurant serves a variety of meat ranging from 1500 yen to over 10 000 yen, I've tried both ends of the spectrum and I'd say that the taste is good on these ends. Hence the middle tiers should be great as well. Also, the place is warm and seats were widely spaced apart.

I had the Demi Hamburg Steak ~ 270g for a little over 1500 yen and added the curry rice meal which consisted of salad, rice, and very delicious curry for 690 yen. I must emphasise that this add on is a must try, the curry is generously filled with beef cubes that were fatty and well prepared. I had more beef curry than rice which is a testimon of its portion. A dish curry lovers would be mistaken to miss. The salad had a nice crunch, garlic flakes and sauce too, good pairing.

For the Demi Hamburg Steak, it was a value for money choice, I topped up another 250 yen for cheese sauce which I recommend as it adds a flavour profile to the steaks and also the cheese was plenty. The hamburg steak was good generally, the highlight for me is the curry rice and overall serving portion. I've been visiting there for 2 years and counting, and I'll go back again! (if the queue is too long, I noticed they recently opened another branch nearby which is called Beef Impact plus, located 1 minute walk away, street 5 of Tanukikoji...

Great Service and Convenient Location, But Room for Improvement in Food Quality

I recently dined at Beef Impact, Sapporo, Japan branch and here's my review:

Food: 4/5 The food at Beef Impact was tasty, but I found the beef to be a bit chewy. The curry, on the other hand, was great in terms of flavor, but the portion of meat in it was relatively small considering the price. Considering the overall taste, I rate the food as 4 out of 5.

Price: Above Average I paid a total of $37 SGD for my meal, which is quite above the standard for food in Japan. It's worth noting that the price could be a deterrent for some customers.

Service: 5/5 The service at Beef Impact was excellent. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and able to communicate effectively in English. It made the dining experience more enjoyable and convenient.

Location: 5/5 The restaurant's location is fantastic. It is situated in a bustling shopping road, close to foot traffic, above the underground tunnel, and near trams and the MRT station. This convenient location makes it easily accessible for diners.

Overall: 4.5/5 In conclusion, Beef Impact in Sapporo, Japan offers a satisfying dining experience with great service and a convenient location. Damn this place!

Kindly avoid if you expect normal or good service. This Restaurant and their staff especially the girls and the chef are not up to the standard and embrassment to Japanese service and food culture!! They are just clueless about what they are doing especially When it comes to communication!

The chef also act like he owns the place! If you only want to caters to Japanese only then just put the sign about it! Then we foreigner or gaijin dont ever step to your Restaurant.

The staff just Hate working here!

Furthermore, the Restaurant dont even have many customer yet the service that they provide at below par. No greeting! No welcoming and stare at customer like they owe you money! If you Hate your job go somewhere else dont go to service industry. We came with 6 people to give you good business but the way you guys treated us is like you are doing favors to us! Stupidity at highest level is what we conclude after dined here!
