Little English/foreigner guide. You’ll need indoor shoes as you cannot wear your outdoor shoes in the gym. And it costs 430 yen for adult day pass.
So they accept day passes Enter the front desk and say you want a “day pass to training”. Clerk will say use vending machine. Vending machine is to the right and it costs 430 yen for an adult day pass Pay for that using coins/cash etc Give ticket to clerk and go to the left side. Remove your shoes (place on shoe rack) and walk with your socks to the changing room which is just in front of the shoe rack. Don’t wear shoes in the changing room! Get changed. The cross-country course is 600 metres and short. It is used by many people and is almost groove-free, so it is slippery underfoot.
The equipment they rent is new and, best of...
