Marumi Coffee Stand Nakajima Park is the second location of Marumi Coffee, a Sapporo-based café and coffee bean retailer. Thorough quality control is carried out from the production stage to the maintenance of freshness after roasting—the owner even visits the coffee farm to negotiate with the producer in person. Customers visit from within and beyond Sapporo, anticipating not only delicious coffee, but also the conversation with baristas about coffee beans. The café benches can be used without worrying about sweat or dirt, and are popular with joggers and customers toting babies. In addition to the waffles and baked goods offered, it’s convenient that customers are allowed to bring snacks themselves to go with the coffee. Have a look at the coffee bean selection before deciding on your poison. Went with the Brazil lightly roasted bean that was light and easy to drink Friend ordered the latte with Costa Rica beans that felt robust and full bodied.

We also ordered some waffles that pretty decent as well, not the best...

After visiting Nakajima Park, we still have some time before leaving for the airport. So decided to visit this cafe nearby. The lady staff was very friendly and had no issue communicating in English with us. We were pleasantly surprised by the cute bear latte art on the cafe latte we ordered.
