Room and bed are bigger than what I expect from Japanese hotel. It is bigger than usual but bath tub is very small. WIFI is great signal. Since it is located nearby Nakajima Park, so it is very quiet and tranquil. a convenience store call " SEICO MART " is 3 minutes walk from the hotel ( open 7:00 - 23:00 ) . This Hotel is small and down a back street. But its a hidden gem for the budget conscious traveler. It offers modern appointments and is only a short walk to the subway, and not a much longer one into the heart of Susukino. The staff are extremely helpful and very obliging. The hotel has a do it yourself laundry right next door, which is nice for the longer term traveler. The rooms are well equipped and definitely value for money even though small like most Japanese Hotels. We stayed over the Christmas period and couldn't fault our accommodation.
