WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT SAPPORO The customer service is EXTREMELY BAD. My friend and I arrived at coffee shop at 10:30 a.m. on April 28. After paying for 2 cups of latte and orange juice, we chose a table near the window and right in front of the bar. During the 30 minute waiting period, not a single glass of water was brought out. Meanwhile, the customers who came later all had their drinks. I thought maybe my drink was complicated so it would take longer to prepare, so I waited patiently. Until it had been too long and it was almost time to go to the airport, I asked again. The female staff’s answer made me unbelievable, they thought we already had drinks. We were completely forgotten by the restaurant. The female staff calmly walked past the table we were sitting at and went out to the supermarket to buy things, while the male staff was playing with his phone, without any questions to customers. I was very shocked, but we still agreed to receive the drinks and request for take away. But I was shocked the second time, they brought out drinks in 3 ceramic cups??? 2 consecutive errors and no sincere apologies from the staffs. SUCH A SHAME WITH SUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE A lady guest sitting was even shy for them, she chased us and gave us 3 cards as apologies, hoping that we would accept them I will return to Sapporo many times because of its warm people and beautiful scenery, but I will never return to this...

It’s one of the best coffee ever that felt reliable and grounding, perfect for slowly sipping while taking in the eclectic interior filled with maps, art, and cozy detail. The croissant sandwich paired beautifully with the coffee. The croissant itself was buttery with just enough crispness on the outside while staying soft inside. The sandwich filling added a savory touch that complemented the richness of the pastry without overwhelming it. Cozy, playfully decorated interior, with great selection of music. Coffee was ok to me. They do flavored coffee, so it's hard to tell the actual flavors of coffee beans. They have decaf option. Love the music playlist that was playing there. Whoever curates the playlist I think has a great taste in music and really fits the whole atmosphere. I would come back here just for this reason. Update: I think the music playlist changes day by day. Sometimes they play some generic playlist.. The staff was nice and friendly! Overall, enjoyed my time there.
