This agency is absolutely terrible. They promised my daughter, who came to Japan for a one-year holiday working visa , that after her visa expired, they would arrange for a new visa so she could continue working for them. However, a few months before her visa expired, my daughter sent an email asking if she could expect the promised visa extension, and not a single person from the agency bothered to respond. They behaved extremely unprofessionally, wasting my daughter's time and money. She could have signed with another agency during her contract if they had been more transparent and reliable. They also failed to arrange any castings for her, and when my daughter tried to find work with another company on her own, they refused to give her permission. Because of this agency, my daughter has lost her enthusiasm for modeling and, most importantly, any trust in people. Its most heartbreaking that as a supposedly reputable company run by adults, they can't even give a response to younger, just-starting-out individuals, showing just how untrustworthy this agency is. I suspect that if a model who signed a contract with this company behaved similarly, the agency would force the model to face consequences, yet they, as a company, avoid any responsibility for their actions. It's a clear demonstration of their lack of accountability. Это агентство абсолютно ужасно.
