ABC-MART GRAND STAGE Lumine Yurakucho shop — Local services in Tokyo

Very poor service. I strongly advise against shopping at this ABC-Mart in Ginza！

I bought a pair of Crocs last night at 8:30 PM (store closes at 9 PM). We tried the shoes on in the store, and maybe because they were in a rush to close, they hurried us through the fitting and we bought them. When we got back to the hotel and tried them on again, the size wasn't right（too small as you can see in the picture）so we decided to go back and exchange them for a bigger size.

The next morning (store opens at 11 AM), we went back to exchange the shoes with everything intact (receipt, credit card, ABC-Mart packaging). They refused to let us exchange, claiming we had worn the shoes. Can someone explain why we couldn't exchange when we only tried them on to check the size?

Note: They didn't give us the Crocs tags or packaging, just an ABC-Mart bag. I even considered going back to ask for the original Crocs bag and tags, but there were many people, so they only gave us an ABC-Mart shopping bag. We brought everything they gave us back to the store. If you can't exchange something bought at 8:30 PM the previous night when you return at 11 AM the next day, don't claim to have a return policy.

Moreover, the store manager had a very unpleasant attitude, as if we were trying to take advantage of them. It was truly frustrating and...
