Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made me feel welcome and ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether I had inquiries about the hotel amenities or sought recommendations for local attractions, the staff was always willing to assist and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
The location of the Solaria Hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated in a prime area [mention specific area or neighborhood], it provided convenient access to a wide range of attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations. I found myself just steps away from popular landmarks, which made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to public transportation options made it incredibly easy to navigate and experience the city's vibrant energy.
The accommodations at the Solaria Hotel were nothing short of exceptional. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, and every comfort was thoughtfully provided. The comfortable bed, plush linens, and impeccable cleanliness ensured a restful and rejuvenating stay.
One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience at the Solaria Hotel. The hotel's on-site restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, showcasing the finest flavors of the region. Each meal was expertly prepared, and the attentive service from the restaurant staff further elevated the dining experience. I highly recommend indulging in the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurant during your stay.
Another notable aspect of the Solaria Hotel was its array of amenities and facilities. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine while away from home. The hotel also had a relaxing spa where I could unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the city. These amenities added an extra layer of luxury and comfort to my stay, making it truly memorable.
In conclusion, the Solaria Hotel provided an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations. From the friendly and attentive staff to the prime location, luxurious accommodations, delightful dining options, and impressive amenities, every aspect of my stay was outstanding. Read moreWe stayed here for a good 7 nights. And i simply can't find much fault in this hotel.
Location : Central! it's almost central of Ginza (for me). Asakusa line is 2-3mins walk, Ginza line is 5mins walk, Marunouchi line is 8mins walk and 8-10mins walk to Hibiya line. It's basically in a center of those few popular tourist spots.
Narita airport drop off is only 5mins walk away as well. It is also closer to Muji, Loft and Uniqlo.
There are at least 3 Kombini nearby. 2 Family Mart and 1 Lawson.
Room : You paid for what you get! I had been searching around for a more affordable rooms and yet at a minimum of 20sqm. This hotel fit the bill. We managed to get it at about 25,000yen(or less) a night. The room could accommodate 2 big luggages (fully opened), and could place small backpack/luggage at the mini sofa. It has a decent toilet (with japanese bidet), bath tub, full size mirror and a small work desk.
The room design may be a little outdated. but it's really comfortable to stay in. first 3 nights, we stayed in room 1107, it's beside the lift lobby. We were concerned about the noise, but the room is pretty sound proof. We couldn't hear much from the lobby (could be we have quiet neighbours too) The last 4 nights, we stayed in room 1301. It has a L-shaped window, so you could see the view of Ginza better.
Aircon can easily switch to the heater if fear for cold during the winter.
Service : The counter service staff are always smiley. They would greet you when you leave, greet you when you return. It makes me feel like home and feeling really cosy. Maybe to some, all these details doesn't make a matter, but for us, staying for 7 nights, it really warmth our heart and make it approachable to seek for help/service.
They speak english and is always trying their best to give the customers a good service! It's those little service that make you want to return to this place again.
Breakfast : There is a restaurant at 2nd floor. Unfortunately, we didn't opt for any breakfast. So i couldn't advise the food quality. It's about 2,800yen per pax for a breakfast. It does seems like a good spread of food.
Right at the hotel lobby, there is a seating corner, which you could arrange your luggage after you check out.
There isnt any washing machine, just 1 vending machine and 1 microwave available to use.
You could also safe-keep your luggage with them.
Overall , it was a great stay! It's a hotel i would...
Read moreThe best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s walking distance to the Ginza shopping area, and there’s a Family Mart and IPPUDO ramen just across the street. Very convenient for tourists.|However, the hotel itself has several downsides:|Room & Cleanliness|* Rooms are cleaned every 2 days, unless you specifically request daily cleaning.|* New towels and bottled water are left by the door on no-cleaning days.|* My room was dusty, which triggered my allergies throughout the stay. While they provide an air purifier, it didn’t fully solve the issue.|* Beds and pillows are old and lack back support, which may be uncomfortable for guests with conditions like scoliosis.|* The TV has no English channels, and Wi-Fi is available for free.|* Basic amenities like toothbrushes, cotton buds, razors, etc., are free but must be picked up from the lobby.|* The room includes a mini fridge, safe, and water heater, but if you need to heat food, you’ll have to use a microwave on the 2nd or 3rd floor.|Service & Staff|* Staff are generally polite, but language barriers make communication difficult. I recommend using Google Translate when needed.|* A major issue arose with our room assignments. Due to a mix-up—likely from the language barrier—my senior parents were placed in a smaller double room instead of the twin room we had booked for them. Meanwhile, my aunt was given the larger twin room by mistake.|* When we asked to correct this, the front desk initially said it would be fixed without extra charge. But after my parents packed all their belongings and we returned from a day trip, they were told there was an extra fee per night for the correct room—even though this was the hotel’s error.|* One of the front desk staff (not Japanese, of another nationality) was extremely rude, even laughing at my parents during this stressful situation, which was upsetting and unprofessional.|Overall|If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a great location, this might work—but be aware that the rooms are dated, cleaning is inconsistent, and communication issues can lead to frustrating or even disrespectful service. Sadly, I can't recommend this hotel based on how our room issue and staff behavior...
