Natsuki from ALIVE is a hair magician! I reached out to her via Instagram on a contrast highlight that I've always wanted to have. Other stylists from other salons have told me it's difficult to achieve this look since my hair is bleached so much. While Natsuki specialises in balayage and gradient, she was super confident to help me achieve a constrast highlight look.

She's extremely patient and fast with reponses on Instagram (she always has availabilities updated on her stories). She would go through the process and pricing very thoroughly. Though she only speaks Japanese so communicating in English would be difficult for her.

At the salon, she greeted me really warmly and constantly looked after me eg whether the cape was too tight, apologising for having the foil in my face (because I also requested for face framing) and asking if the water temperature is okay for washing my hair. She also keeps you informed about each step and if she needs to step away for anything.

The result was SUPERB and I cant describe what an amazing stylist she is! If you're looking for balayage, gradient or highlight, she is the one!! Other comments mentioned it's a little pricey, and it's true for the peace of mind and quality of...

Although it was pretty pricey, you definitely get what you pay for +alpha!! I went in only with a vague idea of the final image of my new hair style and colour, Natsuki (top stylist) was so helpful in her suggestions and what is possible in 1 session and what would help to reduce the hair damage. I ended up doing a double bleach balayage with ashy dark purple colour, and she explained in detail how the colour would come out. It was a 3.5hrs session but everyone in the Salon were friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the chat that we had. At the end, she also styled and took a "model" picture of the finished product and kindly sent it to me via insta DM.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE COUPON PRICES IN HOT PEPPER!! They will charge you atleast 3x more than the price you booked to get the service you want. Charge you for everything from long price, to stylist charge, to more bleach, to unnecessary treatments. Not reccomend at all. I’ve booked a couple salons from hot pepper and would pay the price listed.

At the end the result is unsatisfactory with a price that is ridiculous for the result.
