Bought a down jacket for ¥37,000. Used it for 2 months twice a week after which a feather starting coming out of the shoulder. I’ve had much cheaper jackets and worn them for years without this issue. North Face would not replace the jacket as it “wasn’t a defect at the time of purchase”. They offered to repair it at an additional cost of ¥1,590 and it took 2 months (from February when it was still cold). It came back with an ugly patch in a different texture over a sleeve that was originally seamless. So much for a new good quality jacket from North Face. Their lack of quality control and care for customer satisfaction is evident. They have really lost their way and lost a customer in the process. Noting that this is a complaint against the company itself and and not this particular outlet where the staff were helpful enough. I did try to pull out some feathers to see if the hole would clear but more feathers kept coming so this wasn’t an option.

古いバックパックモデルだれど、ヒップベルトとパックをつなぐフレームの破損で修理出来なかった⁉️ 同社のアウター・ミッド・アンダー・厳冬季登山靴などは軽いし、ウェア類もたくさん持っていて高価ではあるけれど、信頼性もある。 ただバックパックに関しては他のメーカーのほうが上かな🙋 ボクはブランドを買うのでなくメーカー物を購入しているつもりなのに… GREGORYは修理出来なかった時に古いモデルでも修理できないからと修理代と言うことで最新モデルと交換してくれた‼️ その後も雨止ファスナー交換などで長く使用している。 patagoniaもガイドの仕事でTVの出演に使うと言ったら無償で修理してくれたし。 メーカークオリティ・カスタマーにかんしてmont-bellにも対応が劣るな… 直して長く使って戴くという気持ちがどのメーカーもあった。 売るだけのメーカーで製品を治して長く使ってもらおうという気持ちに欠けているのかな… その為に高くてもメーカー品質の商品を購入していたのに… ( ´△｀)ああガッカリ🙍 何の説明もなしに電話一本で出来ませんだってさ( ´△｀) プロフェッショナルの仕事ではないかな… 75L の山道具は安くはないのに… サミットブランドは名ばかり( -_・)? PS. その後、店長のはからいで本社のかたと交渉してくれたみたいで、 山開きまでにバックパックが手に届き間に合いました。 メーカーはそうでなくては❤️ 本当に助かった！感謝します。 ありがとうございましたd(⌒ー⌒)!

Just shopped there today. Excellent customer service from the staff eventhough it was already busy with customers. The staff speak good english!

The tall guy with glasses who accompanied me shopping was really kind and very accomodating. He's very patient and gave me some recommendations (after so many trials & fittings) so I could decide which bag I should take.

Even after the payment, he helped me bring my stuff and accompanied me as well to the front door. I don't know his name, but whoever you are, if you read this.. thank you very much, man!

I can say that it was the best shopping experience I've ever...
