One of the finest eyewear stores you'll ever visit. I went to several optical shops in Tokyo during a 4-day visit in July 2023, but purchased two frames at Continuer because their selection and service was the best. They carry a curated selection of upscale, hard-to-find Japanese brands (Masahiro Maruyama, 10 Eyevan, Julius Tart, Native Sons, etc.), including very limited edition frames made of exclusive materials like precious metals. The salespeople spoke enough English to make style recommendations and size adjustments. They also offer tax free shopping! I can't wait to come back here next time...

I have been buying eyewear at Continuer for nearly ten years, and I always recommend it to my friends. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and PATIENT....which is necessary when the selection of frames is always so fabulous. You'll try on everything. It is a tad pricey--you'll get a superior level of service and a rare selection of high-end frames. After all this time, I still consider it the best eyewear boutique I have ever...

We’ve been coming here for years. Great, curated selection of some of the best quality brands. The sales people are super nice and so lovely even though we don’t speak Japanese. We’ve bought and had adjustments and the sales people were very helpful and thorough. They take their time to adjust and fit the glasses on my face perfectly.
