The store is beautiful inside but the selection of items is low. I was disappointed. I went to the flagship store to get my pants tailored. But staff informed me that I have to go to a department store with Maison Margiela shop or just go to my local tailor shop. All items I was looking for was sold out or not available in Japan. New season items was not available in store even tho I can buy them online. Overall disappointment, but the staff was friendly and apologetic.

Honestly I would only go to department with Maison Margiela...

Considering the purchase we’ve made, staff were very dismissive and rude. There were very few customers (3 pairs) and 8 employees they were extremely slow. Oddly enough, this is the flagship but its abhorrent and repulsive in...
