First, the restaurant is very very clean. You’ll have to order from the vending machine, present your tickets to the hostess who will repeat what you ordered back to you & then tell you where the water or tea and rice is located- which was serve yourself for the most part. Everything was presented precisely. The chicken was delicious, even the lightly seasoned salad underneath it. There is all you can eat rice. You need to go to the rice pot, select the size of rice desired and then it will automatically fill your bowl. The miso soup was tasty. The fish was grilled with the skin on it but need to be aware of the bones. There’s also summer miso which has ice cubes in it. I had the teishoku set with the natto. You’ll have to mix in the raw egg with the special ingredients, which were a bit slimy and then smooch the rice in.
