Kenji is the only English-speaking hairstylist in the Shimbashi area, and he is an absolute gem. He is incredibly polite, kind, and fluent in English, which makes communication a breeze. Having lived in the USA for a long time and still traveling there frequently to cater to his many clients, Kenji is well-versed in working with different types of hair and styles from various nationalities.

For the past two years, I have been a frequent visitor to his salon and have received services including color, cut, highlights, and treatments. Each visit starts with a thorough consultation where Kenji patiently listens to my ideas and then offers his professional advice. The results have always been outstanding.

The atmosphere in the salon is always enjoyable, and I find myself looking forward to our engaging conversations. First experience of Kenji's skills and very, very happy with everything. From the start, he was welcoming, polite yet warm and casual, and thoroughly professional. Probably the best consultation at the start I've experienced with any hairstylist, Kenji listened intently and patiently to what I had to say about my hair, and then provided his ideas based on his experience. The details he pointed out were eye opening and I could tell he paid real attention to my hair's condition and state.

My whole life, I've always had comments from previous stylists about how difficult my hair was to cut. Not a word abt that from Kenji. Straight forward, simple suggestions on how he would improve on what I had, clearly a cut above everyone else. Made it all looked so simple, and I was very, very happy with the end result.

I was in desperate need of a refresh. While traveling extensively for the past two years, my hair had been colored by many different stylists. Kenji was able to repair the damage in an impressive fashion! I walked out of the salon more confident than ever. Blonde hair is not understood by all stylists, especially around the globe.

What I loved most about my experience was engaging with Kenji. He was responive throughout the reservation process. Additionally, he asked me in advance of my appointment what look I desired.
