Great service. I made a deposit online for a headless guitar while overseas. There was great and prompt communication to ensure a correct order was placed. When I personally reached the store, Eki - the sales person was accommodating in letting me try other guitars as well as the the one I placed a deposit for, to make sure I am sure about which one I want. I ended up going with the one I placed the deposit for.

Eki then spent 30 mins helping me pack the guitar nicely in a standard guitar hard case, for which he had to add bubble wrap and paper to make sure the guitar is sitting tightly in the case so it won't get damaged while travelling on the plane. He then packed it in a cardboard box with even a handle added for comfortable carrying.

I would recommend this store for any foreigners buying guitars in Japan - while the staff might not understand or speak fully, they use Google Translate to reduce any chances of...

Visiting Japan and had to stop here given how much my son loves bass. He got to try multiple different Japanese bass guitars without any pressure. The sales person Hirofumi Okada was very patient. He didn’t speak much English but google translate saved the day.

When we decided on the guitar, we used their shipping service. It was an extra 43,000 yen to USA. I was worried that it would get damaged in shipping, but later learned they ship all the time and have a storefront on reverb.com.

Guitar arrived well packaged to USA in under a week. Sales rep sent me the fedex tracking number by email a couple of days after purchase.

I did receive a bill from fedex for import taxes a few weeks later. About 10% of the purchase price. Tariffs. Yay.

This is my favorite guitar shop out of ALL of them amongst the several packed along the street. Besides a great selection of guitars and gear, they have a wonderful staff ready to help with anything you need. I went in just looking around but found a guitar I've wanted since 1984. A vintage Charvel Warren DeMartini Blood and Skull model. Not the new ProMod--a real vintage used model. I had the BEST staff member help me--Shun Sagoya. He not only researched and prepped the guitar for me, but also packed it and prepared all import paperwork for me to travel back to my country with it.
