I came for a refill of my second bottle of Gaiac 10. Overall, it was a great experience—I even had a nice chit-chat in English with one of the female employees. I was amazed by how fluent her English was, and even more impressed by her passion. She seemed to be relatively new to the job, but her colleagues were quick to assist whenever needed, so everything went smoothly.

Since I paid without tax, my perfume was sealed. When I finally got home after my journey, I noticed that the lid of my bottle had been replaced with a new one. I really appreciate how they pay attention to the little things—details that most people might not even notice. These thoughtful touches truly elevate the customer experience.

Purchased the discovery set on Dec. 8, 2023. Good customer service. Welcoming and not judging/rude or pushy. However, once I opened the discovery set, one perfume was broken at the bottom and completely empty. The box was intact and I carried it carefully. I didn't check it upon purchase as I trusted they would be in good condition.

とにかく店員さんの接客が素晴らしかったです。ルラボの他店舗では経験したことがないくらい、、とにかく好印象です。積極的に、けして押し付けがましくなく、様々な商品を豊富な知識で丁寧に説明して下さりました。

駅から少し外れた閑静なエリアということもあってか店内はさほど混雑しておらず、じっくり商品を吟味することができました(訪れたのは平日のお昼すぎですが)

気になるのは他の方も書かれていますが店舗内の充満したフレグランスの香りです。もっと狭い渋谷パルコ店でもあそこまで香りのこもり方は感じないのですが、なぜでしょうか。

路面の入り口も解放されているのですが、それでも店内はなかなかの香りの強さでした。シティエクスクルーシブ販売に向けた期間で香水(ムエット)陳列の数が普段の倍近いことも関係しているのかな、、とも思いましたが。嗅覚が完全にお花畑状態でした。ルラボの香りは大好きなので苦ではありませんが、香水の嗅ぎ比べは一度お店を出て鼻をリセットするなどの工夫が必要かもしれません。換気問題さえクリ...
