Best American-style cupcakes i've ever had here in Tokyo! Flavorful and fillings were delicious. You might spend around ¥400-500 yen for one decent sized cupcake. The man (a bit older) who served me spoke gently and has a very warm and calm way of talking to customers. The place is small like there are only a few tables inside and one outside but people were coming in and out because you can order cupcakes to go (which is probably better considering our COVID-19 situation)

They don't serve drinks but you can order coffee from the cafe (Bear Pond Espresso) across the road and...
